Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Returning is easy and convenient.

How can I return my order to Werner Kern Company?

Would you like to return an item? No problem, the return within Germany is free of charge. Try it on in the comfort of your own home and simply return it to us within 14 days of the day you received your order. Please ensure that all items are returned new and unused. For this purpose, we ask that you to only try on the shoes on a carpet or towel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with these guidelines and must be returned to you. Please fill out the return form by entering your order details.

You will find a link to your return label within your order confirmation e-mail. Preferably pack the items in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering any remaining stickers. You can drop-off the parcel at any DHL station.

Should you chose to return your order using a different service other than the recommended one, the responsibility and cost of shipping will be entirely at your expense.

A free return from outside Germany is not possible.

Refund

After we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the return received and the credit to be issued. The purchase price of the returned items will be refunded no later than 7 days after receipt of the shipment. The refund will take the form of the same payment method as the purchase. The duration of the refund varies depending on the payment method you use:

  • Credit Card / Apple Pay:
    The technical duration until your refund is credited depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The value date of the refund does not change from the debit date.
  • PayPal:
    The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account and will be visible within a few days. You will receive a confirmation of the refund from PayPal.
  • Prepayment:
    The debited amount is always refunded to the buyer or account holder.
  • Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later, Financing):
    After receiving the return, your Klarna account will be adjusted. The refund or the adjustment of the invoice amount takes place automatically after confirmation of the return and can take about 2-5 banking days. If you have any questions about the Klarna invoice, please contact Klarna.
  • eps:
    When you return one or more items, the amount is automatically credited to the bank account from which you transferred. The credit will automatically be made to the account you used.
